On Saturday, there will literally be thousands of people running around the streets of Baltimore out of their comfort zones. Whether, they are
- Elite runners racing for first or a personal best
- First time half or full marathoners (GO RACHEL L!)
- 5k’ers
- Relay Racers doing 7.2 miles (GO RACHEL S!)
All of the runners will be totally out of their comfort zones. In the spirit of the Running Festival or the spirit of the contest, do something this weekend that will get you out of your comfort zone.

- Saturday: 90 Minutes UnderArmour Cycling Simulation at 9 AM w/ Roy
- Sunday: Fusion Flex at 9 AM w/ Jacki
- Sunday: Cycling at 10 AM w/Nancy
- Sunday: TRX at 10 AM w/ Jacki
Don’t forget to grocery shop and set your weekly goals on Sunday!
I didn't run today but congrats to all that did. I did however ride my bike all around the city taking pix of Pie as she ran the marathon. So proud of her. I rode up to mile 1, back down to 9, then to 13, over to 16, then walk/boated to and from my house to the finish line.
ReplyDeleteI am so proud of Pie, AKA Rhonda Bebout as well! Rhonda was a former weight loss competitor. An old trainer at Canton Club, Teresa started Rhonda running. I remember her first 5k and her first half marathon. Rhonda is a perfect example of how you can achieve any goal you set for yorself with dedication and commitment! Heath your wife ROCKS!
ReplyDeleteI encourage you all to set a fitness goal for a year from now. Perhaps it is run the half marathon or even the full next year! Let your trainers know your goals and we will help make them happen!
